As our Chief Marketing Officer you will shape and drive the overarching international marketing strategy of our brands in online and offline channels. You will be the executive leader and builder of a high-performing, multicultural marketing team and directly work with the C-Level team on all things marketing. On our way to becoming the European and eventual global leader in life advice, you will lead the group’s marketing and manage an eight-figures budget to serve our several markets and brands. What you do

  • Establish an overall long-term marketing strategy for all national and international markets
  • Lead online marketing strategy including display, search, social, native, affiliate, communities, management, email and PR
  • Lead offline marketing strategy including TV, radio, PR, print and events
  • Establish and scale marketing performance in order to facilitate double-digit growth
  • Attract, retain and develop a world-class marketing team across all channels
  • Develop a marketing blueprint for future campaigns, challenge assumptions, customer lifetime value and marketing channel scalability
  • Develop best practices for marketing, branding and marketing analytics across our entire portfolio
  • Develop market entry strategies for new country launches
  • Interface with CRM for optimization of the customer lifecycle

What you bring along

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in digital marketplaces or social networks
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of building, leading and developing a marketing team
  • Deep understanding of performance and branding channels
  • International marketing experience in setting up and scaling new countries
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a creative and performance-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English. German, Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus
  • Hands on and an outgoing attitude combined with a result driven and long-term vision thinking rounding of your profile
