The CRM Manager will own and take full responsibility for the full life-cycle CRM, track and optimise the results as well as support ad-hoc campaign initiatives as they arise in cooperation with the market/brand managers.  For this position, it is also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.

What you do

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty in a global scale
  • Decide on the CRM campaign structure (creative and text copy), ensuring it captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Map the customer journey and analyse touch points to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Run analysis, monitor KPIs and take data driven decisions, being accountable for the performance of the campaigns and initiatives live
  • Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics for all aspects of the CRM that consistently increases retention and revenue
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Design in order to achieve a complete marketing strategy of acquisition and retention combined
  • Work cross functionally with the market/brand areas to streamline processes by providing meaningful inputs

What you bring along

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile CRM
  • You are a data driven, proactive and reliable person with a creative and analytical approach
  • Strong background understanding of customer re-engagement and retention tactics
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset – you never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away, you get it done
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and preferably innovative CRM tools (e.g. Braze)
  • Fluent in English. German/Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
  • A BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent on-the-job analytical experience
